As a working mom, Crystal understands the importance of a work-life balance, that’s why she ensures that staff members can enjoy their time at work, but still have plenty of time to spend with their friends and family.

Hi I’m Destinee, after moving here to this great city and bringing years of experience in the customer service industry, I joined the Crystal Clear team in December 2018. Working as an Executive Assistant it has inspired me to further my education and currently in the process of obtaining my Brokers License. Being passionate for helping people resolve issues and provide outstanding service has proved to be beneficial in my working career. When I’m not at the office, I can be found enjoying the great outdoors and my love for travel.
Katie Holowanky

Hi there, I’m Katie Holowanky. I joined the Crystal Clear Insurance Brokers team in April, 2017. I have been working in the insurance industry for 7 years, and hope to keep learning from this awesome team for many more. I enjoy getting to talk to new people every day and to continue building relationships with my clients, to best assist them in their insurance needs and to answer their questions. When I am not in the office, I am usually relaxing at home and watching movies, or heading to the lake on the sunny, summer days.
Dean Larson
Commercial and Personal Lines Account Executive
My name is Dean Larson and I joined the Crystal Clear team in May 2015. I hold a level 1 and 2 general brokers license and have worked in the insurance industry for 6 years. I’m passionate about helping clients understand their insurance policy and information. So many clients do not have enough understanding about insurance products they pay for every year to protect themselves from a loss. I hope my work with Crystal Clear will help provide clients more knowledge regarding their insurance needs so they can make better decisions regarding their coverage needs. When I’m not discussing insurance with clients, I can be found enjoying old cars and cruising around with the top down on a warm summer day.
Courtney McKenzie
Commercial and Personal Lines Account Executive
I’m Courtney McKenzie, I joined the Crystal Clear Insurance team in March 2021; however, I’ve worked with Crystal for 8 years (we actually started our first insurance jobs together)! I’ve worked in the insurance industry since 2004, and I have my Level 2 General Insurance License and my CAIB Designation. I pride myself on having good client service and love the relationships I have built with my clients over the years. I have three young boys that I took the last three years off to raise, so I like to spend my free time with my family!
