Educationally, Chris holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Grant MacEwan University. Furthermore, he has obtained several designations including CPA/CA (Chartered Professional Accountant/Chartered Accountant) and CIP (Chartered Insurance Professional), showcasing his commitment to professional development and expertise in his field.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Chris maintains a rich array of interests and hobbies. He enjoys golfing, avidly following the Edmonton Oilers, curling, reading non-fiction, and delights in travelling with his wife.

Chris’ dedication to community involvement is evident in his previous board positions, including with Kids Up Front and IDEA (Infill Development in Edmonton Association). Additionally, Chris actively supports organizations such as Canadian Blood Services.
