Lynda’s journey in the insurance industry began in October 2015, when she joined the team at Heartland Insurance Services. Prior to joining the team, she owned a flourishing flower shop for an impressive 9 years before eventually selling it in April 2016. Seeking a new challenge, Lynda took on the insurance world and quickly excelled, obtaining her Level 1 license in October 2015.
Over the years, Lynda has grown to be an invaluable asset to the Heartland team. Her wealth of knowledge and expertise in personal insurance is second to none, while her eagerness to learn more about commercial and farm insurance has been an inspiration to everyone around her. Not only does Lynda excel in her own field, but she also takes the time to mentor and guide new brokers, helping them succeed in their book of business and teaching them the ins and outs of insurance.
Aside from being a true professional, Lynda is known for her warm and approachable personality. She is always a delight to work with, and her positive energy spreads throughout the workplace. Plus, there’s an extra special treat for everyone at our office – Lynda’s lovable Great Dane, Nui, who comes to work with her every day, providing much-needed pet therapy to everyone who walks through the doors.
To add to her already impressive qualifications, Lynda is currently working on her Level 2 certification, which she aims to achieve by October. Her continuous pursuit of knowledge and her exceptional problem-solving skills make her a trusted resource for her colleagues, always willing to lend a helping hand when needed.
