We are committed to listening and understanding the stories of Indigenous Peoples – their history and how they want to work together. Our efforts will be to collaborate with and prioritize relationship building and client satisfaction with the Indigenous communities we work with.

We recognize the insurance industry isn’t immune to the systemic issues, discrimination, and bias felt by Indigenous Peoples and communities. We will endeavour to amplify voices and the stories of Indigenous communities to stakeholders in the insurance industry, government, and other partners. Excel MKM Insurance is willing to advocate on behalf Indigenous communities, but will only do this with the support from the Indigenous communities we work with.
