Community Involvement
We Must Walk our Talk
Excel Insurance Group brokerages are all supporters of their local communities. As a whole, the Group of independent brokers donates more than $100,000 each year, all going directly to the communities in which we work.
We are a Cold Lake community broker with access to all major A and A+ rated carriers.
To be a community broker, however, means being active and involved. We are proud participants in a great many causes and initiatives at the local level:
- Lake City Insurance in an active member of the Cold Lake Chamber of Commerce and has been since our inception in 2019
- The Leadership and team at Lake City supports both golf courses in Cold Lake. These includes the Grand Centre Golf & Country Club and the Cold Lake Golf & Winter Club as we are all avid golfers and try to get on the course whenever possible
- We provide support to the Cold Lake Food Bank with various donations through the year
- Our charity of choice is JDRF – Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation
Lake City Insurance represents various organizations within our community, as our children and families are involved in a wide variety of activities including dance, hockey, taekwondo, soccer, and curling.
You will see us volunteering at hockey games, working bingos and other events to help our kid’s organizations with fundraising and be the face of the type of people we want to see in Cold Lake.
